ATHLETIC PILATES
TUESDAY @ 6PM & SATURDAY @ 8AM
This class is designed to take Classic Pilates to the next level! Each individual will be challenged and pushed to build strength while improving endurance in this total body workout.
Tom completed his Pilates Mat & Pilates Reformer training with Positive Action Pilates. Tom focuses on strength conditioning by delivering long-lasting results through small, continuous improvements that enhance core strength.
